📦 Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted manufacturing partners worldwide to deliver high-quality products at great value. Depending on the item, your order may ship from China, India, Vietnam, or other locations. All packages are carefully handled and shipped via reliable carriers such as USPS.
⏱️ When will my order ship?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Processing begins 3 hours after payment and typically takes 3–5 business days.

During peak seasons or unexpected delays, processing may take an additional 2–4 days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 6 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Some orders may ship in multiple parts — in that case, you’ll receive separate dispatch notifications.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
For standard USPS shipping within the contiguous United States, orders usually arrive within 14–21 business days after dispatch.
🔄 What is your return & exchange policy?

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. (Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size or color, we’re happy to arrange a size/color exchange within 14 days of delivery.
